The 30-gallon flammable cabinet features a self-close double door design and dimensions of 43"W x 18"D x 44"H. These cabinets meet or exceed the NFPA flammable liquid code #30 and OSHA standard 1910.106 for the storage of Class I, II, and III liquids, and are FM approved. Constructed with all-welded 18 gauge material for the cabinet and 14 gauge for the doors, it provides enhanced strength and fire protection. The double-walled design includes a 1-1/2" insulating air space and dual 2" air vents that connect to an exhaust system to maintain safe temperatures. Additional features include a built-in grounding connector, leveling feet, and shelves with a capacity of 350 lbs that adjust easily on 2-1/2" centers. The doors are equipped with two 4" hinges with sturdy brass pins, a spill-proof sill, a flush paddle handle with 3-point latching, and a highly visible trilingual warning. Latching engages automatically when doors are closed without the need for handle rotation, and the self-close mechanism operates when the fusible link melts at 165°F, ensuring safety. The self-indexing doors close in sequence for a tight closure, and the recessed mechanism allows access to the top shelf while preventing passersby from catching or banging the door. Finished in yellow powder coat, the cabinet also features radius edges for safety and is backed by a 12-year limited warranty.
