Flammable cabinets meet or exceed the NFPA flammable liquid code #30 and the OSHA standard 1910.106 for storage of Class I, II, and III liquids, featuring all-welded construction for additional strength and an 18-gauge cabinet with a 14-gauge door for enhanced fire protection. The cabinets have a double-walled design that provides a 1-1/2" insulating air space and dual 2" air vents connected to an exhaust system to maintain safe temperatures. Additional features include a built-in grounding connector, leveling feet, a door equipped with two 4" hinges with sturdy brass pins, a spill-proof sill, a flush paddle handle with 3-point latching, and a highly visible trilingual warning. The latching system engages when the door is closed without handle rotation. This self-closing single door model automatically closes when the fusible link melts at 165°F and includes a self-indexing door that closes in sequence for a tight closure, as well as a recessed self-close feature. The flush door handle is designed to prevent passersby from catching or banging against it. Finished with a yellow powder coat, these cabinets feature radius edges for safety and do not contain an inside shelf. The product is backed by a 10-year limited warranty.
