The flammable cabinet has a capacity of 90 gallons and features a manual close double door design with dimensions of 43"W x 34"D x 65"H. It complies with the NFPA flammable liquid code #30 and the OSHA standard 1910.106 for the storage of Class I, II, and III liquids, and is FM approved. Constructed with all-welded 18 gauge steel for the cabinet and 14 gauge for the doors, it offers enhanced strength and fire protection. The cabinet's double-walled design includes a 1-1/2" insulating air space and dual 2" air vents that connect to an exhaust system to maintain safe temperatures. Additional features include a built-in grounding connector, leveling feet, and shelves that can hold up to 350 lbs, adjustable on 2-1/2" centers. The doors are fitted with 4" hinges with sturdy brass pins and come equipped with a spill-proof sill, a flush paddle handle with 3-point latching, and a highly visible trilingual warning. The latching mechanism engages when the doors are manually closed, as this model does not close automatically. The flush door handle design prevents accidental catching or banging.
