The flammable cabinet is designed for the safe storage of Class I, II, and III liquids, featuring a 90-gallon capacity with self-closing double doors that measure 43"W x 34"D x 65"H. It meets or exceeds the NFPA flammable liquid code #30 and the OSHA standard 1910.106, and is FM approved. Constructed with all-welded 18-gauge steel and reinforced with 14-gauge doors, the cabinet provides enhanced fire protection. Its double-walled design incorporates a 1-1/2" insulating air space and dual 2" air vents that connect to an exhaust system to maintain safe temperatures. Additional features include a built-in grounding connector, leveling feet, and shelves with a 350 lb. capacity that adjust easily on 2-1/2" centers. The doors are fitted with 4" hinges with sturdy brass pins, a spill-proof sill, a flush paddle handle with a 3-point latching mechanism, and a highly visible trilingual warning. The latching engages automatically when the doors are closed, without handle rotation. The self-close mechanism operates when the fusible link melts at 165° F and ensures that the doors close in sequence for a tight fit. The recessed self-close mechanism allows access to the top shelf, while the flush door handle prevents accidental catches or bangs. The cabinet finish features a yellow powder coat and radius edges for enhanced safety. The depth with hinge is 35-1/2". It comes with a 12-year limited warranty.
