The Lyon Heavy Duty Storage Cabinets are designed for durability and security, featuring an extra wide design measuring 60" W x 24" D and equipped with 6" diameter polyolefin casters (2 swivel with brakes, 2 rigid) that support a total capacity of 2800 lb. Constructed from 14 gauge steel, these cabinets offer an impressive shelf capacity of 1450 lb per shelf and include 4 shelves that can be bolted securely into keyhole slots, adjustable at 3" increments along channels that also provide vertical reinforcement. The shelves are constructed with flanged edges for additional rigidity. Security is enhanced with a 3 point locking mechanism utilizing 3/8" thick round locking bars, while the rugged diecast steel door handle features a 3/8" thick padlock hasp. Each door is supported by 3 heavy duty welded hinges with 5/16" diameter brass hinge pins, ensuring that contents remain secure. These storage cabinets are shipped fully assembled and ready for immediate use, featuring a baked enamel finish and a lifetime limited warranty.
