Lyon®'s industrial storage cabinet is a heavy-duty steel cabinet ideal for warehouse or manufacturing facility use, commonly found in auto dealership service shops or machine shop floors. Manufactured in the USA, these all-welded cabinets ship assembled and ready to use. Constructed of 14-gauge steel, the cabinet features heavy-duty steel doors with three 5/16-inch diameter brass-pin hinges for smooth operation and door alignment. The secure 3-point locking system includes a 3/8-inch latch rod on the right door engaging the top and bottom of the cabinet, while a 3/16-inch latch plate secures the left door when closed. It also includes a sturdy aluminum handle with a 3/8-inch thick hasp that allows the addition of a padlock for enhanced security. The cabinet is finished with a durable powder coat paint finish to withstand harsh use. Inside, the cabinet contains full-width adjustable shelves with a payload capacity of 1,450 lbs each, accommodating heavy items such as motors and pumps, and can be adjusted on 3-inch centers via welded keyhole slots. Additional shelves can be added to expand storage options. The cabinet features a forklift base created by welding 4-inch-high legs under the cabinet, allowing easy movement by forklift.
