Lyon®'s industrial storage cabinet is designed for heavy-duty storage needs in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, auto dealership service shops, and machine shops. Manufactured in the USA, these all-welded cabinets are constructed from 14-gauge steel and ship fully assembled. Each cabinet features two heavy-duty steel doors with three 5/16-inch diameter brass-pin hinges for smooth operation and door alignment, along with a secure 3-point locking system that includes a 3/8-inch latch rod on the right door engaging the top and bottom of the cabinet, and a 3/16-inch latch plate securing the left door when closed. The sturdy aluminum handle incorporates a 3/8-inch thick hasp to accommodate an optional padlock. Cabinets are finished with a durable powder coat paint to withstand harsh use. Inside, full-width shelves are adjustable on 3-inch centers using welded keyhole slots, each shelf supporting up to 1,450 lbs, suitable for heavy equipment like motors and pumps. Additional shelves can be added to expand storage capacity. The cabinet is elevated on 4-inch-high welded legs that create a forklift base, allowing easy movement of the cabinet with a forklift. The product is backed by a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
