Lyon®'s industrial storage cabinet is constructed with heavy-duty 14-gauge steel and features all-welded assembly for maximum durability and strength, shipped assembled and ready to use. The cabinet includes two heavy-duty steel doors equipped with three 5/16-inch diameter brass-pin hinges each, ensuring easy operation and maintaining door alignment. Security is provided by a 3-point locking system with a 3/8-inch latch rod on the right door engaging the top and bottom of the cabinet, a 3/16-inch latch plate securing the left door, and a sturdy aluminum handle incorporating a 3/8-inch thick hasp for adding a padlock. The cabinet is finished with a durable powder coat paint to withstand harsh use. Inside, full-width adjustable shelves made of heavy-duty steel support up to 1,450 lbs each and can be positioned on 3-inch centers by bolting into welded keyhole slots, allowing customization of shelf spacing or addition of extra shelves. The cabinet also features 4-inch-high welded legs forming a forklift base that provides clearance for forklift movement beneath the unit.
