Lyon®'s industrial storage cabinet is a heavy-duty, all-welded steel cabinet constructed from 14-gauge steel, designed for use in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, auto dealership service shops, and machine shop floors. The cabinet features two heavy-duty steel doors each equipped with three 5/16-inch diameter brass-pin hinges for easy door alignment and operation. The secure 3-point locking system includes a 3/8-inch latch rod on the right door that engages the top and bottom of the cabinet and a 3/16-inch latch plate securing the left door when closed; the aluminum handle incorporates a 3/8-inch thick hasp allowing the addition of a padlock. The cabinet is finished with a durable powder coat paint designed to withstand harsh use. It includes full-width adjustable shelves with a payload capacity of 1,450 lbs per shelf, adjustable on 3-inch centers by bolting into welded keyhole slots to accommodate various heights and storage needs. Additional shelves are available for increased storage capacity. The cabinet is equipped with a forklift base formed by 4-inch-high welded legs beneath the cabinet, providing ample clearance for forklift movement.
