The Paint & Ink Storage Cabinet is designed for secure and efficient storage of hazardous materials, featuring self-closing double doors and a capacity of 72 gallons. With dimensions of 43"W x 18"D x 65"H, this cabinet is constructed from all welded, double-walled 18-gauge steel, providing robust protection with a 1-1/2" air space and dual 2" diameter capped vents equipped with flame arrestors. The doors consist of double-walled construction with 14-gauge outside and 18-gauge inside materials, ensuring durability. The cabinet is fitted with heavy-duty 4" welded hinges featuring brass pins and incorporates 3-point locking doors for enhanced security. It includes a flush-mounted, grip padded handle and galvanized steel shelves capable of holding 350 lbs, which can be adjusted on 2-1/2" centers. Additionally, a ground connection is provided to dissipate static charge, and the cabinet comes with 2" leak-proof doorsills and adjustable leveling feet. Finished with a red powder coat, the cabinet complies with NFPA Code 30 and OSHA standards and is FM approved. The self-closing doors automatically shut and latch as a fusible link melts at 165 degrees, featuring a concealed self-closing mechanism for added safety.
