The flammable cabinet is designed for the safe storage of flammable liquids, with a capacity of 44 gallons and dimensions of 34"W x 18"D x 65"H. It meets or exceeds the NFPA flammable liquid code #30 and the OSHA standard 1910.106, suitable for Class I, II, and III liquids, and is FM approved. Constructed with all-welded 18 gauge steel, the cabinet features 14 gauge doors for enhanced strength and fire protection. Its double-walled design incorporates a 1-1/2" insulating air space and dual 2" air vents that connect to an exhaust system to help maintain safe temperatures. The cabinet includes a built-in grounding connector, leveling feet, and shelves with a 350 lb. capacity, which can be easily adjusted on 2-1/2" centers. The doors are equipped with 4" hinges, sturdy brass pins, a spill-proof sill, a flush paddle handle with a 3-point latching mechanism, and a highly visible trilingual warning. The latching engages when the doors are manually closed, and this manual close door model does not close automatically. The flush door handle design helps prevent accidental catches or impacts. The cabinet is finished with a yellow powder coat and features radius edges for safety. It comes with a 12-year limited warranty. Note that some states and municipalities may require self-closing doors on flammable safety cabinets; this model has manual closing doors, so it is advisable to review local ordinances prior to purchasing.
