The flammable cabinet has a 120-gallon capacity and features manual close double doors, with dimensions of 59"W x 35"D x 65"H. This cabinet meets or exceeds the NFPA flammable liquid code #30 and the OSHA standard 1910.106 for the storage of Class I, II, and III liquids, and it is FM approved. Its all-welded construction consists of an 18-gauge cabinet with 14-gauge doors, providing additional strength and fire protection. The double-walled design includes a 1-1/2" insulating air space and dual 2" air vents that connect to an exhaust system to maintain safe temperatures. Additional features comprise a built-in grounding connector, leveling feet, and adjustable shelves that hold up to 350 lbs, with adjustments possible on 2-1/2" centers. The doors are fitted with 4" hinges with sturdy brass pins and a spill-proof sill, complete with a flush paddle handle featuring a 3-point latching mechanism and a highly visible trilingual warning. The latching engages automatically when the doors are closed; however, this manual close door model does not close automatically, meaning the doors will only latch when manually closed. The flush door handle design prevents accidental snags. The cabinet is finished with a yellow powder coat and has radius edges for enhanced safety. It comes with a 12-year limited warranty, and customers are advised to review local ordinances, as some states and municipalities may require self-closing doors on flammable safety cabinets.
