The Flammable Cabinet has a capacity of 22 gallons and features a self-close double door design with dimensions of 34" W x 18" D x 35" H. It adheres to the NFPA flammable liquid code #30 and the OSHA standard 1910.106 for the storage of Class I, II, and III liquids, and is FM approved. The cabinet is constructed with all-welded 18 gauge steel and 14 gauge doors, providing additional strength and fire protection. The double-walled design includes a 1-1/2" insulating air space and dual 2" air vents that connect to an exhaust system to maintain safe temperatures. It is equipped with a built-in grounding connector, leveling feet, and shelves that can support up to 350 lbs, which adjust easily on 2-1/2" centers. The doors feature two 4" hinges with sturdy brass pins, a spill-proof sill, a flush paddle handle with 3-point latching, and a trilingual warning that is highly visible. The latching engages when the doors are closed without the need for handle rotation, while the self-close mechanism activates when the fusible link melts at 165° F, ensuring that the self-indexing doors close in sequence for a tight fit. Additionally, the cabinet's flush door handle is designed to prevent accidental catches. Finished with a yellow powder coat and featuring radius edges for added safety, this cabinet comes with a 12-year limited warranty.
