The flammable cabinet is designed to hold 28 gallons and features a self-close double door configuration with dimensions of 34"W x 18"D x 44"H. It meets or exceeds the NFPA flammable liquid code #30 and OSHA standard 1910.106 for the storage of Class I, II, and III liquids, and is FM approved. Constructed with all-welded 18-gauge steel and 14-gauge doors, the cabinet provides enhanced strength and fire protection. Its double-walled design includes a 1-1/2" insulating air space and dual 2" air vents for connection to an exhaust system, maintaining safe temperatures. Features include a built-in grounding connector, leveling feet, and shelves with a 350 lb. capacity that adjust easily on 2-1/2" centers. The doors are equipped with two 4" hinges with sturdy brass pins and feature a spill-proof sill, a flush paddle handle with 3-point latching, and a highly visible trilingual warning. The latching mechanism engages when the doors are closed without handle rotation. This self-close model automatically closes when the fusible link melts at 165°F and has self-indexing doors that ensure a tight closure. The recessed self-close mechanism allows access to the top shelf, and the flush door handle prevents any accidental catches or bangs. Finished with a yellow powder coat and radius edges for safety, this cabinet comes with a 12-year limited warranty.
