The flammable cabinet is designed to hold 44 gallons and features a self-close double door configuration with dimensions of 34"W x 18"D x 65"H. This cabinet meets or exceeds the NFPA flammable liquid code #30 and the OSHA standard 1910.106 for the storage of Class I, II, and III liquids, and is FM approved. Its all-welded construction ensures additional strength, while the 18-gauge cabinet combined with 14-gauge doors provides enhanced fire protection. The double-walled design includes a 1-1/2" insulating air space and dual 2" air vents that connect to an exhaust system to maintain safe temperatures. Additional features include a built-in grounding connector, leveling feet, and shelves with a 350 lb. capacity that adjust easily on 2-1/2" centers. The doors are equipped with 4" hinges featuring sturdy brass pins, a spill-proof sill, a flush paddle handle with 3-point latching, and a highly visible trilingual warning. The latching mechanism engages automatically when the doors are closed without the need for handle rotation. This model automatically closes when the fusible link melts at 165° F and features self-indexing doors that ensure tight closure in sequence, along with a recessed self-close mechanism for top-shelf access. The flush door handle design prevents passersby from catching or banging into it. The cabinet is finished with a yellow powder coat and features radius edges for safety. It comes with a 12-year limited warranty.
