The Global™ flammable cabinet with forkliftable legs has a 28-gallon capacity and features manual close doors. It meets or exceeds the NFPA flammable liquid code #30 and the OSHA standard 1910.106 for the storage of class I, II, and III liquids and is FM approved. Constructed from all welded double wall 18 gauge steel, this cabinet provides superior fire protection. The double-walled doors consist of 14 gauge steel on the outside and 18 gauge on the interior. The vented design includes a 1-1/2" insulating air space and dual 2" flame arrestor air vents that connect to an exhaust system to maintain safe temperatures. It comes with a built-in grounding connector and galvanized steel shelves capable of adjusting easily on 2-1/2" centers, each with a load capacity of 350 lbs. The cabinet is equipped with 4"H legs for stability, allowing for floor anchoring and 2-way forklift access for transport. The manual close doors open fully at 180 degrees and feature a 2" leakproof sill to contain spills, a self-latching mechanism that engages a 3-point locking system without handle rotation, and a highly visible trilingual warning. Additionally, the doors utilize two 4" hinges with sturdy brass hinge pins and a flush paddle handle design to prevent accidental catching or banging. Finished with a yellow powder coat and radius edges for safety, this cabinet comes with a 10-year limited warranty, though it is advisable to review local ordinances as some states and municipalities may require self-closing doors on flammable safety cabinets.
