The Global™ flammable cabinets with forkliftable legs have a 120-gallon capacity and manual close doors, designed to meet or exceed the NFPA flammable liquid code #30 and OSHA standard 1910.106 for the storage of Class I, II, and III liquids, and are FM approved. The cabinets are constructed from all-welded double wall 18-gauge steel, providing superior fire protection, with double-walled doors made of 14-gauge steel on the outside and 18-gauge on the interior. Vented cabinets feature a 1-1/2" insulating air space and dual 2" flame arrestor air vents that connect to an exhaust system for temperature control. The unit includes a built-in grounding connector and has galvanized steel shelves with a 350 lb. capacity that easily adjust on 2-1/2" centers. With 4" legs for floor anchoring stability and 2-way forklift access for transport, the manual close doors do not close automatically and open fully at 180 degrees. The doors include a 2" leakproof sill to contain spills, a self-latching mechanism that engages a 3-point locking system without handle rotation, and a highly visible trilingual warning. Additionally, the doors are equipped with two 4" hinges featuring sturdy brass hinge pins and a flush paddle handle design for safety. The cabinets are finished with a yellow powder coat and have radius edges for safety. The product comes with a 10-year limited warranty, and users are advised to check local ordinances regarding the necessity of self-closing doors for flammable safety cabinets, as this model features manual closing doors.
