Global™ flammable cabinets with forkliftable legs have a capacity of 90 gallons and are equipped with self-closing doors. These cabinets comply with the NFPA flammable liquid code #30 and the OSHA standard 1910.106 for the storage of Class I, II, and III liquids, and they are FM approved. Constructed from all-welded double wall 18 gauge steel, these cabinets provide superior fire protection. The double-walled doors consist of 14 gauge steel on the outside and 18 gauge steel on the inside. The vented models include 1-1/2" insulating air space and dual 2" flame arrestor air vents that connect to an exhaust system to help maintain safe temperatures. Each cabinet comes with a built-in grounding connector and galvanized steel shelves with a 350 lb. capacity that adjust easily on 2-1/2" centers. The cabinets feature 4" high legs for floor anchoring stability and allow for 2-way forklift access for transport. The self-closing double doors automatically shut only when the fusible link melts at 165°F and include a 2" leakproof sill to contain spills. The doors also have a self-latching mechanism that engages a 3-point locking system without the need for handle rotation, along with a highly visible trilingual warning. Additionally, the doors are equipped with two 4" hinges featuring sturdy brass hinge pins and a flush paddle handle design that prevents accidental catching or banging. Finished with a yellow powder coat and incorporating radius edges for safety, these cabinets are backed by a 10-year limited warranty.
