The Weatherproof Flammable Safety Cabinet has a 60-gallon capacity and features manual close doors designed for outdoor use, providing added protection against the elements. Constructed from double-walled, all-welded 18-gauge galvannealed steel, the cabinet is finished with a UV, weather, and scratch-resistant urethane coating. It boasts a sloped roof with a 2-3/4" overhang and includes interior and exterior astragals to prevent rain penetration while providing a 1-1/2" insulating air space. The cabinet is equipped with 3-point self-latching doors featuring corrosion-resistant stainless steel recessed paddle handles, ensuring a catch-free surface and security with full-length piano hinges. It includes galvanized steel shelving, two 2" flash arrestor vents, a large warning label, and a 2"D leak-proof door sill. Built-in heavy gauge fork pockets allow for 2-way forklift access and it comprises pre-drilled 7-gauge welded steel base plates for floor anchoring. This flammable safety cabinet meets EPA 40, CFR 264 & 265 and NFPA Code 30 standards and complies with OSHA 1910 requirements.
