Constructed with all welded, double walled 18 gauge steel, these cabinets provide superior strength, while the cabinet doors utilize 18 gauge interior and 14 gauge exterior materials for added durability and fire protection. The double walled steel includes a 1-1/2" insulating air space, ensuring compliance with NFPA flammable liquid storage code #30 and OSHA standards for the storage of Class I, II, and III liquids. The cabinets are equipped with dual 2" flame arrestor air vents that can connect to an exhaust system, maintaining safe temperatures. Additional features include a built-in grounding connector, adjustable rubber capped leveling feet, a 2" leak proof door sill, and doors with a self-latching mechanism that engages a 3-point locking system without handle rotation. The highly visible trilingual warning sign on the door alerts personnel to potential dangers, while heavy duty 4" hinges with sturdy brass pins ensure extra security.
