The Global™ stackable flammable cabinets feature a self-close door and have a 6-gallon capacity, designed for easy stacking on top of other safety cabinets to enhance storage capabilities. Constructed from all-welded, double-walled 18-gauge steel for superior strength, the cabinet doors utilize 18-gauge interior and 14-gauge exterior materials for added strength and fire protection, while the double-walled steel incorporates a 1-1/2" insulating air space. These cabinets meet or exceed the NFPA flammable liquid storage code #30 and the OSHA standard for the storage of Class I, II, and III liquids. They include dual 2" flame arrestor air vents for connection to an exhaust system, a built-in grounding connector, and adjustable rubber capped leveling feet. The flammable cabinet incorporates a 2" leak-proof door sill and features a self-latching mechanism that engages a 3-point locking system without handle rotation. A highly visible trilingual warning sign on the door alerts personnel to potential dangers. It is equipped with heavy-duty 4" hinges with sturdy brass pins for added security, a flush paddle handle to prevent accidental catching, a yellow powder coat finish, and radius edges for safety. The self-close door is designed to automatically close only when a fusible link melts at 165°F. The product comes with a 10-year limited warranty.
