The product is ideal for spot heating large areas and features a dimpled tile assembly that enhances radiant efficiency. Constructed with corrosion-resistant aluminized steel, it includes aluminum reflectors that maximize radiant output. The millivolt standing pilot heaters operate without electrical power and incorporate a 100% gas shut-off safety control. It allows for both horizontal and angle mounting and comes with a protective radiant screen. This heater is CSA certified and has a limited warranty of 1 year. Installation and service must be performed by a licensed contractor in compliance with local codes; in the absence of such codes, installation must adhere to the National Fuel Gas Code ANSI Z223.I (also known as NFPA 54) or CGA B149 installation codes. The unit requires 4 CFM per 1000 BTU/HR of mechanical ventilation for the total installed capacity and is not certified or approved for residential use.
