SC Preferred® by SC Preferred reception stations are designed for strength, functionality, and convenience, making them ideal for reception rooms and security areas. The reception counters and work surfaces are constructed with 1" thick scratch-resistant laminate, featuring a 12"D reception counter that provides a convenient writing surface for guests and visitors while maintaining personnel privacy. Desktops include 2-3/16" diameter cable management grommet openings. The desk framing is made of black-finished steel for lasting strength. Reception station panels consist of SC Preferred® partitions that help reduce noise and create privacy, with flame retardant properties meeting the California 117 flammability standard. These 1-3/4" thick fabric upholstered panels feature an interior engineered wood (MDF) frame and honeycomb core covered with a heavy tackable liner for structural strength and support. Panel trim is finished with self-extinguishing extruded polymer for optimum safety and rigidity. The reception station includes adjustable leveling feet suitable for uneven surfaces. The U-shaped reception station includes a 72"W desk that accepts installation of optional storage options (sold separately) such as pedestal files, keyboard drawers, and mouse trays. The product offers easy assembly and comes with a 1 year limited warranty.
