SC Preferred® by SC Preferred reception stations are designed for strength, functionality, and convenience, suitable for reception rooms and security areas. The reception counters and work surfaces are constructed with 1" thick scratch-resistant laminate, and the 12"D reception counter offers a convenient writing surface for guests while maintaining personnel privacy. Desktops include 2-3/16" diameter cable management grommet openings. Desk framing is made of black finished steel for lasting strength. Reception station panels consist of SC Preferred® partitions that reduce noise and create privacy; these panels are flame retardant to meet the California 117 flammability standard. The 1-3/4" thick fabric upholstered panels feature an interior engineered wood (MDF) frame and honeycomb core, covered with a heavy tackable liner for structural strength and support. Panel trim is finished with self-extinguishing extruded polymer for safety and rigidity. The station includes adjustable leveling feet for uneven surfaces. The L-shaped reception station includes a 36" corner desk and two 36"W x 24"D returns. Desks accept installation of optional storage options (sold separately), including a pedestal file, keyboard drawer, and mouse tray. The unit offers easy assembly and comes with a 1-year limited warranty.
