The Bluff® steel forklift yard ramp is designed for efficient loading and unloading of trucks and trailers in areas without docks, providing easy forklift or pallet truck access. Constructed with all-welded, heavy-duty formed steel cross members and side girders, this ramp features a beveled diamond plate steel approach for a smooth transition and an open serrated steel grating ramp surface that ensures superior traction while minimizing dirt, rain, and snow build-up. Equipped with a double-action hydraulic lift pump and 18" diameter solid rubber wheels, the ramp can be quickly moved and raised into position. Safety locking chains secure the ramp to the dock or trailer, while 8"H curbs help keep trucks and forklifts on the ramp. The 36' long design includes a 6' long level-off zone at the top for safe access from dock to ground or truck to ground. The tow bar style allows for fast hook-up for easy towing over long distances. Additionally, the ramp comes with solid steel deck approach plates at both ends, ensuring a smooth transition and enhanced durability. Other capacities and sizes are available upon request.
