The Roto-Max electric hydraulic work positioner provides an ergonomic solution to load placement, accommodating weights ranging from one pound to 3,500 pounds while allowing the operator to choose the desired height for maximum efficiency. This positioner features a lowered height of 6-1/2" for easy access to the top layer of product and a raised height of 32-1/2" (plus pallet height) that is suitable for various applications. The 43" diameter top rotates effortlessly, minimizing the need for the operator to stretch or walk around. Powered by a high-performance electric 1-1/2 HP motor, the system operates on a standard 20 amp 115 volt single phase circuit. Key features include Zerk fittings on cam roller and pivot points for easy servicing, an intermittent duty 15-minute motor suitable for medium and high cycle applications, trapped rollers secured by 'Lift-Lok' for maintenance access, and Teflon seals that enhance cylinder life by reducing friction.
