The Global Tear Drop Pallet Rack features 13-gauge steel uprights with a total rated capacity of 32,900 lb, designed with a teardrop connection style. The welded upright frames are constructed from 13 gauge steel and are punched on 2" centers, allowing for easy beam adjustment. The long-lasting baked-on enamel finish contributes to the durability of the rack. To select an appropriate upright beam, it is essential to determine the total weight of all pallets for each pair of upright frames while considering the height of all pallet loads and beam height, ensuring a clearance of 4" to 8" between the top of the load and the bottom of the beam above. Additionally, the top beam should be a minimum of 6" less than the maximum height of your forklift reach, and the frame depth should correspond to the length of the pallet, ensuring a 3" overhang at both the front and back. This pallet rack is interchangeable with brands such as Interlake, Wireway/Husky, Unarco, Steel King, USP, Speed Rack, and Invincible. It boasts a 32,900 lb rated capacity, which is higher than many other pallet racking options available in the market, with capacity ratings based on 36" beam shelf spacing.
