The Interlake Mecalux welded pallet rack tear drop upright frame is designed for warehouses with diverse product types, allowing direct access to each pallet and simplifying stock management. Manufactured from high-strength 14-gauge steel, these pre-assembled frames facilitate easy customer set-up. The tear drop design features a 3' x 3' roll-formed column that allows for shelf adjustment in 2" increments, with side perforations to accommodate accessories such as row spacers and column protectors. The welded horizontal and diagonal bracing ensures maximum strength and rigidity for the pallet rack system, and the frames can be secured to the ground with welded footplates. Beams for the pallet racking unit can be ordered separately and are interchangeable with brands including Global, Wireway/Husky, Unarco, Steel King, USP, Speed Rack, and Invincible. The capacity is based on a 36" beam shelf spacing, and the frames are Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (RMI) certified.
