The Interlake Mecalux welded pallet rack teardrop upright frame offers versatility for warehouses with diverse product types. These frames are pre-assembled for easy customer setup and constructed from high-strength 14-gauge steel, ensuring durability. The design features a 3' x 3' roll-formed column upright frame, allowing for easy shelf adjustment in 2" increments. Side perforations accommodate accessories such as row spacers and column protectors, while welded horizontal and diagonal bracing provides maximum strength and rigidity to the pallet rack system. The uprights can be secured to the ground using footplates welded to the bottom of the posts. Tear drop pallet rack beams are available separately for customized pallet racking units and are interchangeable with brands such as Global, Wireway/Husky, Unarco, Steel King, USP, Speed Rack, and Invincible. The capacity is based on a 36" beam shelf spacing, and the frames are Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (RMI) certified.
