The Interlake Mecalux welded pallet rack tear drop upright frame is designed for warehouses with diverse product types, offering direct access to each pallet, streamlined stock management, and adaptability for various product volumes, weights, and sizes. Manufactured from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, these frames come pre-assembled for easy customer setup and are made with 13-gauge steel. The 3' x 3' roll-formed column design facilitates easy shelf adjustments in 2" increments, while side perforations allow for the addition of accessories like row spacers and column protectors. The welded horizontal and diagonal bracing enhances the strength and rigidity of the pallet rack system, and footplates welded to the bottom of the upright frame posts enable secure grounding. Pallet rack beams can be ordered separately for custom configurations, and the frames are interchangeable with Global, Wireway/Husky, Unarco, Steel King, USP, Speed Rack, and Invincible systems. The capacity is based on 36" beam shelf spacing, and the frames are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI).
