The HP 200® is a production grade hot melt packaging tape designed for creating instant closures on medium-weight cartons in standard manufacturing and shipping environments. It is suitable for both manual and automated industrial carton sealing applications, boasting excellent holding power and superior performance. This medium-duty tape features an instant, permanent bond to a wide range of substrates and surfaces, and includes a special release coating that ensures a consistent, low force unwind off the roll while performing reliably to the core for efficient tape consumption. The tape is available in a variety of colors and complies with applicable standards including ASTM D 1974-98 (2003), CID A-A-1684C, and FDA indirect contact CFR 21, 175.105 and CFR 21, 177.1520, with the exception that the white variant is not compliant with FDA indirect contact standards.
