The Bluff® Heavy Duty Aluminum Wheel Riser is designed to eliminate unsafe loading conditions below the dock by allowing trailers to be positioned properly for efficient loading, ultimately reducing damage to loading equipment. Each wheel ramp features cutouts for easy manual lifting and is engineered to support a capacity of 30,000 lbs. when used in pairs, with a rugged aluminum construction that is corrosion resistant. The non-skid tread surface enhances safety during operations. The risers comply with OSHA requirements by facilitating a maximum grade of 10% for ascending or descending loaded forklifts. Sold individually, each riser has a capacity of 15,000 lbs. The 24" wide wheel risers are ideal for dual wheels on semi-trailers, which are typically 18" wide, while a 30" level L should be used for single axle applications.
