The Bluff® premium steel wheel riser is designed to reduce damage to dock loading equipment and serves as an economical solution for leveling docks that are consistently too high for trucks. The ramps facilitate compliance with OSHA requirements, allowing for a maximum grade of 10% for ascending or descending loaded forklifts. Each wheel riser features four tabs with 9/16" diameter holes, enabling permanent anchoring for enhanced stability. Constructed from durable welded steel, the ramps include a treadplate non-skid safety traction surface to ensure secure footing. Risers are sold individually and have a capacity of 20,000 lbs. per riser, with a total capacity of 40,000 lbs. per pair. For tandem axle applications, an 84" level L is recommended.
