The DeWalt plunge base, model DNP612, is designed for use with a compact router and features a motor that provides 1 1/4 HP max torque for ample power when routing. It includes a 12-position spindle lock to allow users to quickly change bits and has an all-metal can construction with ball bearings for durability.
