The Hoffman A84XM7818FTCLPG is a heavy-duty freestanding disc enclosure without a panel, featuring dimensions of 84.12 x 78.50 x 18.12 inches and a gray finish. This cost-effective disconnect enclosure can be ordered with one to six doors to suit various applications. Key features include .121-inch steel seams that are continuously welded and ground smooth, body stiffeners in larger enclosures for added rigidity, a body flange trough to exclude liquids and contaminants, and heavy-duty lifting eyes that anchor into a reinforced top. The design incorporates removable centerposts for easy panel installation, concealed and easy-to-remove hinges, and a heavy-duty 3-point latching mechanism operated by a padlocking handle on all doors. The ends of latch rods are equipped with rollers for easier door closing, and panel supports are included. A data pocket made of high-impact thermoplastic and an oil-resistant gasket ensure durability. The master door is located at the far right-hand side of all enclosures, and a defeater on the primary door requires a screwdriver to open, while a mechanical interlock activated by the master door prevents slave doors from being opened first; doors can be closed in any order. The enclosure features a universal cutout on the right flange to accommodate most disconnect operators with operator adapters. FTC models come with removable painted 10-gauge steel panels that mount on collar studs, and the kit includes all necessary door hardware.
