The Hoffman A84XD3EW18FTCLP Sequestr™ external disconnect package includes a three-door system without a panel, measuring 84.12 x 118.75 x 18.12 inches. This Sequestr™ external disconnect enclosure package is designed to mitigate arc flash occurrences during maintenance on interior components by isolating incoming power from the main enclosure. The package is shipped as a single unit for new installations, featuring a disconnect switch and fuse block/circuit breaker mounted within the external enclosure, along with terminal connections for power delivery to the main enclosure. Key features of this product include an A28X base enclosure and an A70D external disconnect enclosure made of .060-inch steel, with the main control cabinet constructed from .121-inch steel. The continuously welded and ground seams enhance durability, while the body flange trough effectively excludes liquids and contaminants. Additional attributes include heavy-duty lifting eyes anchored into a reinforced top and removable centerposts to facilitate easy back panel installation. Importantly, there is no disconnect cutout on the main control cabinet.
