The Hoffman A84XM7818FTC is a heavy-duty FS disc enclosure featuring a panel and two doors, measuring 84.12 x 78.50 x 18.12 inches. This disconnect enclosure is designed for durability and can be customized with one to six doors to accommodate various applications. Key features include .121-inch steel seams that are continuously welded and ground smooth, body stiffeners for enhanced rigidity in larger enclosures, and a body flange trough that excludes liquids and contaminants. It also features heavy-duty lifting eyes anchored into the reinforced top, removable centerposts for easy panel installation, concealed hinges that are easy to remove, and a heavy-duty 3-point latching mechanism operated by a padlocking handle on all doors. The ends of the latch rods are equipped with rollers to facilitate easier door closing. Additionally, it has panel supports, a data pocket made from high-impact thermoplastic, an oil-resistant gasket, and the master door located on the far right-hand side of the enclosure. A defeater on the primary door requires a screwdriver to open, and a mechanical interlock, activated by the master door, prevents the slave doors from being opened first, allowing doors to be closed in any order. The universal cutout on the right flange enables mounting for most disconnect operators using operator adapters. FTC models come with removable painted 10-gauge steel panels that mount on collar studs and include door hardware.
