The Hoffman A3456BAP is a blank adapt plate designed to cover flange cutouts in disconnect enclosures when disconnects are not installed, facilitating the use of these enclosures as regular Type 12 enclosures. Constructed from heavy gauge steel with a gray finish, the adapt plate includes an oil-resistant gasket to ensure a dust-tight and oil-tight seal. The package comes with mounting hardware and instructions, although door hardware is not included and must be ordered separately from the disconnect manufacturer. This adapt plate specifically fits disc cutouts and is applicable for use with catalog numbers A22BAP on Bulletin A22 enclosures and A3456BAP on Bulletin A25 enclosures. It is also suitable for mild steel enclosure bulletin numbers A19, CW1, A25, and A26, which are preferred for cutouts.
