The Advantage stainless steel wire rope clip is designed for use with a 3/8" diameter wire rope. The method of application involves turning back a specified amount of rope from the thimble and applying the first clip one base width from the dead end of the wire rope. The next clip should be placed as near the loop as possible, with nuts turned on but not tightened initially. Additional clips are to be spaced equally between the first two, followed by taking up any slack in the rope and tightening all nuts evenly on all clips. The kit includes the necessary components for secure wire rope fastening, and additional quantities can be ordered by phone as needed.
