The Advantage standard duty steel zinc plated wire rope thimble is designed for wire rope applications with a diameter of 3/16". The method of application involves turning back a specified amount of rope from the thimble and applying the first clip one base width from the dead end of the wire rope. The subsequent clip should be applied as near the logo as possible, followed by tightening the nuts without applying excessive force. Additional clips should be spaced equally between the first two, and after taking up the rope slack, all nuts should be tightened evenly on all clips. Additional quantities of this product can be made to order by calling to place a different quantity order.
