The Advantage Malleable Steel Zinc Plated Wire Rope Clip is designed for use with wire ropes with a diameter of 1/16". The method of application involves turning back a specified amount of rope from the thimble and applying the first clip one base width from the dead end of the wire rope. The next clip should be applied as near the loop as possible, with nuts turned on but not yet tightened. Additional clips are to be spaced equally between the first two clips, followed by taking up any slack in the rope and evenly tightening all nuts on all clips. This kit allows for additional quantities to be ordered upon request, requiring a call to place an order for a different quantity.
