The Advantage Malleable Steel Zinc Plated Wire Rope Clip is designed for use with 1/8" diameter wire rope. The method of application involves turning back the specified amount of rope from the thimble, applying the first clip one base width from the dead end of the wire rope, and positioning the next clip as near the loop as possible. Following this, the nuts should be turned on but not tightened, with additional clips spaced equally between the first two clips. After taking up the rope slack, it is important to tighten all nuts evenly on all clips. Additional quantities can be made to order by calling to place an order for a different quantity. The clip is crafted from malleable steel and features a zinc plated finish for added durability.
