The Advantage Stainless Steel Wire Rope Clip is designed for 1/8" diameter wire rope applications. The method of application involves turning back the specified amount of rope from the thimble and placing the first clip one base width away from the dead end of the wire rope. The next clip should be applied as close to the loop as possible without tightening the nuts initially. Additional clips should be spaced equally between the first two, and after taking up the rope slack, all nuts must be tightened evenly across all clips.
