The Idem 202005F-SS KLM guard locking switch-flat act(std release) is a 110V, 1/2NPT, SSHEAD switch designed to provide robust position interlock detection for moving guards and provide a lock mechanism to keep the guard closed until the hazard has been removed. Tongue operated and designed to fit to sliding or hinged machine guards, this switch offers positively operated switching contacts and a tamper-resistant key mechanism. It can be used independently to provide positively operated contacts to EN60947-5-1 or in combination with dual-channel safety monitoring relays for up to PLe category 4 to ISO13849-1 or SIL3 EN62061. The switch is available in various materials and housing styles, with contact blocks, LED diagnostics, and various actuators for installation and durability. Features include 8 actuator entry positions, rotatable head, 2 lock monitoring safety contacts, high holding force of 2000N, LED status indicators, 2 emergency manual release points, IP67 rating, and dimensions of 46mm wide, 176mm long, 30mm fixing.
