The Idem 116018 RPC coded non contact switch with LED has a sensing distance of 15m and features 2NC and 1NO contacts. All IDEM coded non contact safety switches are designed to comply with EN60947-5-3 and can be used in accordance with ISO12100, ISO14121, and EN60204-1. These switches utilize coded magnetic sensing for a wide sensing distance and high tolerance to misalignment. They are suitable for use behind stainless steel fittings, operate from 4 directions, and can function in extreme environments. When paired with dual channel safety monitoring relays, they can achieve up to PLe/Category 4 to ISO13849-1 standards. The switches come in high specification plastic or stainless steel 316 options, with a dual channel electronic safety output and visual LED indication of switch status. The enclosure is protected to IP67 or IP69K and is wash down suitable. These switches have no moving parts for high reliability and long life, with a wide sensing distance up to 14mm, an M30 threaded body, and are easy to mount.
