The Idem 114116 MPC coded non-contact switch with LED cable on the left features 8-way connectivity, 2NC 1NO configuration, and QC M12 connection. All Idem coded non-contact safety switches are designed to comply with EN60947-5-3 and meet the requirements of ISO12100, ISO14121, and EN60204-1. They use coded magnetic sensing technology to offer a wide sensing distance and high tolerance to misalignment. These switches can be installed behind stainless steel fittings and are suitable for operation in extreme temperature and moisture conditions. When used with dual-channel safety monitoring relays, they can provide up to PLe/Category 4 according to ISO13849-1. The switches come in a choice of high specification plastic or stainless steel 316 casing, with dual-channel electronic safety output and visual LED indication of switch status. The enclosure is protected to IP67 or IP69K standards, making it suitable for washdown applications. The switches have no moving parts, ensuring high reliability and long life, with a wide sensing distance of up to 14mm. The miniature industry standard design features 22mm fixing centers and is available with left or right cable points.
