Idem ES-P and ES-SS standard duty emergency stop switches are designed for robust emergency stop protection in machines or exposed conveyors, making them suitable for virtually all industry sectors. The switches feature plastic bodies rated IP67 or stainless steel 316 with an IP69K rating. They conform to ISO 13850, EN 60947-5-1, and EN 60947-5-5 standards. A special lid safety trip mechanism ensures that safety contacts will open if the lid is removed, providing an extra degree of anti-tamper protection. Additionally, button protection shroud versions include padlock holes to enable "lock off" during maintenance situations. The switches are equipped with 3 pole contact blocks that provide positively operated switch contacts.
