The Idem 203008pf-ss KM Tongue interlock switch features a PF actuator with 3NC 1NO contacts and a 1/2NPT connection. Designed for medium to heavy duty moving guards, these interlock switches have robust die-cast housings and fit to the leading edge of sliding, hinged, or lift-off machine guards. They provide a forced disconnect of safety contacts upon actuator withdrawal and include an anti-tamper mechanism. The rotatable heads offer dual actuator entry positions for up to 8 different options. Optional stainless steel head and flexible actuator versions are available for increased durability. Replaceable contact blocks with explosion-proof options are also an option. These switches have high holding force variants for vibrating environments and feature positive break contacts to EN60947-5-1, high functional safety to ISO13849-1, and can connect to most safety relays for up to PLe Cat.4. The industry standard fitting measures 118mm in length, 40mm in width, and has a 30mm fixing.
