The Idem 200008HF KP tongue interlock switch-HF Act features 3NC and 1NO contacts, with a 1/2NPT connection and constructed from polyethylene (PE). This interlock switch is specifically designed for position interlock detection on moving guards and can be fitted to the leading edge of sliding, hinged, or lift-off machine guards. It ensures a forced disconnect of the safety contacts when the actuator is withdrawn and is equipped with an anti-tamper mechanism that is difficult to defeat. The switch head can be rotated to provide four actuator entry positions, enhancing its adaptability. For added durability, flexible actuators and versions with a stainless steel head are available. Additionally, the contact blocks are replaceable, including optional explosion-proof variants, making it a versatile choice for various safety applications.
