Idem 190059A IDIS-1 tongue interlock switch features an angled actuation with 1 normally closed (1NC) and 1 normally open (1NO) configuration, utilizing a 1/2 NPT connection and a polyethylene (PE) material. The IDIS-1 compact safety interlock switches are specifically designed for position interlock detection of small moving guards and can be fitted to the leading edge of sliding, hinged, or lift-off machine guards. The rugged stainless steel actuator profile is engineered to match a cam mechanism, providing a positively operated interlock that is not easily defeated. With a compact body design and a 22mm fixing profile, the switch includes a rotatable head, allowing for easy installation in confined spaces. Additionally, a plastic flexible actuator option is available for tight radius guards, and contact blocks can be replaced with optional slow or snap break operation.
